About Us

The Monticello All Night Grad Party is a fun, safe, chemical-free event organized completely by parent volunteers. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We typically meet once per month--rotating between Mondays and Wednesday evenings--every other month, for an hour or two. During certain events/times of the year, we may meet a few extra times. (i.e. To prepare for fundraising events, etc.)

The party is funded through registration fees and the generous donations of parents, local businesses, community members, and community organizations.

We are an independent group of the Monticello schools and do not receive direct funding from them. However, they support us in many ways by providing donations for our annual silent auction fundraiser, reserving space in the newsletter for important updates, and at the high school football games for fundraising, allowing us to advertise through flyers and social media, and granting the use of the middle school for the party.

Objectives

To provide a safe, chemical free way for graduates to celebrate their accomplishments and to spend one last time together as a class before they move on to the next chapter of their lives.
To bring parents, family, community members, community organizations, and local businesses together to plan, organize, run, support, and fund this decades old tradition as a gift to our graduating seniors.

THE Monti All Night Grad Party COMMITTEE

2024-25 Board

President (Shanon Odeggard) - organizes and oversees all planning committee chairs and members, ensures that planning stays on schedule, assigns tasks as necessary, and runs monthly meetings.
Vice President (Tina Bohnsack) - assists the President as needed.
Treasurer (Tina Bohnsack) - prepares and monitors the budget, maintains accurate financial statements, and oversees the collection and disbursement of funds.
Secretary (Mickey Chard) - documents and distributes minutes from meetings.
Publicity/Marketing Chair (Krista Bauer) - manages the website, posts information and events on social media, and creates flyers and promotional materials for distribution via Peach Jar.
Registration Chair (Michelle Adair) - handles registration details for the Grad Party.
Fundraising Chair (April Studer) - develops and manages fundraising initiatives.
Volunteer Chair (OPEN) - creates online sign-ups, recruits volunteers, and oversees them at the Grad Party.
Decorating Chair (OPEN) - develops Grad Party theme, purchases decorations within the allocated budget, and executes the decorating plan for the venue.
