About Us
The Monticello All Night Grad Party is a fun, safe, chemical free event put on and organized completely by parent volunteers. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Party is funded through registration fees and the generous donations of parents, local businesses, community members and community organizations. Although we receive their support, we are independent of and do not receive any funding from the Monticello School District.
Objectives
- To provide a safe, chemical free way for graduates to celebrate their accomplishments and to spend one last time together as a class before they move on to the next chapter of their lives.
- To bring parents, family, community members, community organizations, and local businesses together to plan, organize, run, support, and fund this decades old tradition as a gift to our graduating seniors.

2023-24 Board
- Co-Chairs (2023-24)- help to organize and oversee all planning committee chairs/members, assure planning stays on schedule, designate tasks as needed, run monthly meetings
- Treasurer - prepare and monitor budget, maintain accurate financial statements, control collection and disbursement of funds
- Publicity Chair- post information, events, and needs on social media and Peach Jar, create flyers/promos
- Registration Chair - create registrations for the Grad Party
- Volunteer Coordinator - create and post/advertise online sign-ups, recruit volunteers, oversee volunteers at the Grad Party
- Fundraising Committee Members- help brainstorm, organize, and run fundraising events
