• Open Positions:
• Co-Chair (2024-25)- help to organize and oversee all planning committee chairs/members, assure planning stays on schedule, designate tasks as needed, run monthly meetings
• Junior Chair- shadow current chair to learn the job and take over as Co-Chair in 2024-25
• Treasurer - prepare and monitor budget, maintain accurate financial statements, control collection and disbursement of funds
• Fundraising Committee Members- help brainstorm, organize and run fundraising events
• Publicity Chair- post information, events and needs on social media and Peach Jar 
• Volunteer Coordinator - create and post/advertise online sign-ups, recruit volunteers, oversee volunteers at the Grad Party

*Senior Parent, Family, & Friends Sign Up-We will need lots of volunteers to help run the party.  Please consider signing up for the late shift-usually 1:00-4:00 AM- as this is where we struggle the most to get enough help.  Thanks!

*Underclassmen Parent Sign Up-  Parents without Seniors are needed to help get the party set up and started while the Seniors and their parents are at and on the way from graduation.  It's a great way to see what the party is all about before your students have their turn!  Thanks!
